Nope, no middle click event:
$ sudo libinput debug-events
-event2 DEVICE_ADDED Power Button seat0 default
group1 cap:k
-event7 DEVICE_ADDED Video Bus seat0 default
group2 cap:k
-event1 DEVICE_ADDED Power Button
Can you please install libinput-tools, and run `sudo libinput debug-
events`, then check if there's any event for the middle click.

X11 is default and what I normally run. Switching to Wayland did not
help and made no difference to my issue.
