You appear to have packages installed from the universe part of the
Ubuntu archive but there is no entry for universe in
/etc/apt/sources.list file. This is likely causing the upgrade to the
new release of Ubuntu to fail. Please re-add universe to your
/etc/apt/soruces.list file install any
