OpenBUGS is dead upstream and it's not possible to build it on a Linux
system. They are some equivalent in Ubuntu repo like JAGS.

therefore openbugs must go to universe, too...) : I've been bitten twice
in as much weeks... BTW, I'm not too optimistic about a future 64 bits
