Indeed clamav + few its graphical packages are installed yet in use.
clamtk-gnome package was removed then Ubuntu restarted.
Subsequently all these below apply:
Problem still reproducible.

Thank you for your bug report, the error is in /usr/share/nautilus-
python/extensions/clamtk-gnome.py which seems an extension you
installed, could you try removing the corresponding binary and see if
that resolves the issue?
