Public bug reported:

At the end the upgrader ask "remove obsolete package", but the <remove>
button is not visible on my laptop screen (1366x768).

Alt-space bring up a menu to minimize, unmaximize and move the panel,
but the resize option is greyed out.

After moving the panel, the resize option becomes available.

This is ridiculous.
