OK, it sounds like some kernel version after 5.8 has fixed this. We
don't need to know which version if it's just confirmed to be fixed in
the next release: Ubuntu 21.10.
P.S. Ubuntu 20.10 is no longer supported so if you wish to report any
more issues then please make sure you are using either

I test impish 21.10 dvd live dvd,
I Did not find any issue beside errors during boot.
this was pure live, but the question remains if it was an update from an
older version with all customized environments, would it behave the same?

Yes the live image is fine so long as it is Ubuntu 21.10:

We would like to know if the issue is already fixed in some kernel

I knew my dear, 20.04 is older but more stable; exactly for this reason I
got back to old one. It was unwise of me to upgrade distro to 20.10
(newer), usually it has more bugs.
To answer your question, there is not any problem with 20.04 LTS, for now,
but if start to add gnome extensions (I do not

Nope,
The reason: I return back to LTS version and reinstalled it from the
scratch.
Laptop is a for production I couldn't continue with that bug and other
problems.
LTS 20.04.2 DOES NOT HAVE THESE PROBLEMS.
