autopkgtest fail
It is great that the failures don't prevent migration of other packages
now in Ubuntu, but locally the tests are still failing but they should
not be:
autopkgtest netplan.io -U -- qemu -c8 --ram-size=8000
~/.img/autopkgtest-hirsute-amd64.img
...
autopkgtest [16:39:10]: test cloud-init: -
Works again, since we changed it back to NOT being in `big_packages`.
