Public bug reported:

Information:
1. Distribution Release: Ubuntu MATE 21.04
2. Package: mate-control-center 1.24.2-0ubuntu1
3. Theme: Yaru-MATE-dark

Expected result: Window controls (buttons) for all themes retain HiDPI scaling
after reboot.
Actual result: When using HiDPI and either the Yaru-MATE-dark or
Yaru-MATE-light theme, after reboot, the window controls are not sized with
correct scaling. They appear tiny.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select Yaru theme.
2. Select HiDPI display resolution.
3. Select HiDPI scaling in MATE Tweak.
4. Restart computer.

Workaround:
1. Open MATE Tweak.
2. Select 'Regular' scaling. (Selecting 'Auto' does not work to fix it.)
3. Select 'HiDPI' scaling.

Result:
Window controls are now scaled correctly.
