Did some more testing: - Issue does not happen when launching frescobaldi with sudo, but the setting does not apply to normal user - Issue does not happen in GNOME (tested with Ubuntu 21.04) - workaround: add line to ~/.config/frescobaldi/frescobaldi.conf in the [lilypond_settings] section- include_path=/home/ubuntu/Downloads, /home/ubuntu/Music
