ubuntu 20.04 crasch during instal 3party drivers on lenovo w540

bug description:
I tried to install ubuntu 20.04 LTS from usb (twice).
Install configuration: lvm partition with pass, check box for install updates
from net, check box to install third party drivers.
When installation started it was ok and about 10 min showed some screens during
install. And
result of lshw command
