Ok, I understand (although as I remember, the list of updates never was
hidden).
Then I ask to implement an additional setting for expand this piece of
information by default. So this is not a bug, but a new feature.

It's a bit of an unclear wording but it states 'lists of changes and
description', which is what the box at the top is listing, it has a line
for each 'change' in the transaction (= the update packages) and their
title which is a description
