Not certain if it is a bug.  If the installer can look for Grub or other
boot loaders and not try to install the GRUB bootloader, this could
prevent this error.  Not sure if this was the cause though.

Title:
  During install from live USB an error occurred at the end regarding
  the grub failure.  This is a 4 OS system with XUbuntu being the 4th
  OS.   I will find out if the OS installed without Grub.  I may be able
  to get to it via grub customizer.  I will try this as soon as I get
  out of this live session.
