Which trying to do a dist upgrade from 20.10 it fails right at the
beginning with an error that it can't download kubuntu-desktop.

I tried doing a "sudo apt renistall kubuntu-desktop" before retrying the
upgrade but is fails with "Reinstallation of kubuntu-desktop is not
possible, it cannot be downloaded."

It seems that all of the Groovy packages are no longer valid so it can't
get anything from them
