Update
The attachment "debdiff for version bump from 2.2.1 to 2.2.2" seems to
be a debdiff. The ubuntu-sponsors team has been subscribed to the bug
report so that they can review and hopefully sponsor the debdiff. If
the attachment isn't a patch, please remove the "patch" flag from the
attachment,
I could successfully build an openssh-ibmca v2.2.0 having a PPA
dependency in place to lp1959421 that includes a libica4.0.0 build.
(but will have to update lp1959421 again, since meanwhile a libica 4.0.1
got released)
