installable on unsupported architectures. Why don't you simply update
the Makefile and support arm and arm64 (and other arches) on the main
branch?

kelebek333/kablosuz PPA has no support for ARM arch. You must manually
install the driver for ARM devices from arm branch of following github
source.

This wifi adapter is not supported by the kernel. The driver is not even
in upstream linux.
You can try the driver from https://github.com/kelebek333/rtl8188fu.
There is a DKMS package available but it fails to compile:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kelebek333/kablosuz
$ sudo apt install linux-he
