Hi, I have ubuntu hardy and I have the same problem. I can only print
one Cal sheet at a time. That is page 1 only. Page 2 wont even show in
the print preview. I have another older computer with dapper drake and I
dont have this problem.

I downloaded the updates for Hardy alpha 6 and the new print options
have solved the problem, I can now print out multiple pages over several
sheets.
