that patch I can't prove that it's not the fix. Let's assume it is for

I confirm the bug and add it is impossible to click on accessibility menu to
activate on screen keyboard.
And I think the bug concern gnome-screensaver.
Also, when gnome ask password for a sudo command, in Ubuntu Software for
example, the on screen keyboard is unusable.
I am disabled and I can
