On a 20.04 host with reprepro 5.3.0-1.3~ubuntu20.04 I'm trying to mirror 22.04 
but get the following:
With the same config I'm able to mirror xenial, bionic and focal.

Got 100%: 97G 51M bytes
Installing (and possibly deleting) packages...
