As Aaron points out in the description, when I run `ubuntu-bug firefox` here I'm seeing the dialog with the link to https://support.mozilla.org/kb/file-bug-report-or-feature-request- mozilla, so I'm not able to reproduce the problem. I wonder what might be causing this different behaviour.
