FYI: You've tagged your bug report is with the `ubuntu-release-upgrader`
tool that upgrades a system to a later release (ie. 20.04 to
21.10/22.04), yet appear to not have used that function (ie. `do-
release-upgrade`). It may your issue relates to the linux kernel
instead, ie. wrongly filed.

Title:
  Second Monitor detected but always turn black screen. If I turn off
  and on again, the screen will turn back to normal but turn back to
  black screen after few seconds
