After updating 21.10 to 22.04 the app-indicator starts "blinking" as if
the positions of the indicators constantly have to be redrawn.

Hovering the mouse over the multiload indicator shows a menu that is
constantly changing size and position.

Closing the app removes the indicator and the indicator area stays calm
again.
