gnome-sound-recorder does not start with usb
This is still a problem in Hardy (8.04).
If you disable PulseAudio, and make the default source USB Audio via
gstreamer-properties, gnome-sound-recorder reports the same error.

I have done more testing and concluded these things:
1. This affects ALL USB microphones
2.The error is caused by having no default mixer for the device (pulled from an
old version of wine)
I do not know how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated. This
microphone also doesn't work with
