'sudo apt-get install xulrunner' made this go away with nothing else
required. Indeed, it does seem as though xulrunner is a requirement for
the phpeclipse plugin... I think I had this happening due to an update
with firefox that I made, and trying to run FF2 and 3 simultaneously,
but still,
It works after installing xulrunner 1.8.
Shouldn't eclipse depend on xulrunner then?

I'm still getting the same message (This Eclipse build doesn't have
support for the integrated browser.) as the original reporter when
launching Eclipse. I'm running hardy alpha6 with all available updates
installed (eclipse version 3.2.2-5ubuntu1).

It doesn't work with firefox 3 beta which is in hardy atm. Try
installing xulrunner (1.8, not the 1.9 version).
