Public bug reported: The Gnome "Screenshot" application, gnome-screenshot, doesn't show an entry in the lower task bar and isn't reachable via ALT+TAB. While this may be done in some way to prevent the entry from being shown in screenshots, it does introduce a usability problem. If I open the screenshot app, switch back to my full-screen app to make an adjustment, and want to get back to gnome-screenshot, there is no way to do so without moving windows. Some users may open up another instance of gnome-screenshot, which isn't ideal.
This is more of a usability issue than anything. Perhaps we could see about making this show up in the task bar except in full desktop screenshots? Or at least making it reachable via ALT+TAB? ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- gnome-screenshot has no lower panel or alt+tab entry https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/200872 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
