Public bug reported:

The Gnome "Screenshot" application, gnome-screenshot, doesn't show an
entry in the lower task bar and isn't reachable via ALT+TAB. While this
may be done in some way to prevent the entry from being shown in
screenshots, it does introduce a usability problem. If I open the
screenshot app, switch back to my full-screen app to make an adjustment,
and want to get back to gnome-screenshot, there is no way to do so
without moving windows. Some users may open up another instance of
gnome-screenshot, which isn't ideal.

This is more of a usability issue than anything. Perhaps we could see
about making this show up in the task bar except in full desktop
screenshots? Or at least making it reachable via ALT+TAB?
