I also have difficulty finding answers to this question as I don't know
if it has any answers already. I am currently running fglrx 8.522 just
installed yesterday on an ACER TM 3210. Kindly check the picture if that

I think you have a different issue as mine is severely worse than yours
to the extent it is entirely unusable. It also seems to me that my
problem is lower-level than yours.
