and attach the created log file here?
Also it would help if you could attach a file with this behaviour here

I think I found the package which introduced the problem:
gst-plugins-ugly0.10 (0.10.7-2)
I installed:
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/g/gst-plugins-ugly0.10/gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly_0.10.7-1_i386.deb
And now I can no longer reproduce the problem.
Maybe this is related to the mp
I can confirm this problem. It also happens, when stopping and starting
playback again a few times.
However i don't think it is rhythmbox related, since it wasn't changed
recently. Gstreamer however got updated to 0.10.17.3-1ubuntu1, so that might be
whats causing the problem.

No, sorry, it doesn't show any output in GDB. Just GUI stops responding

Bugs,
It hangs (i.e. GUI doesn't respond), but the process doesn't crash as
such. I will try playing a bit in GDB anyway.
Btw, you can't reproduce this on your (if you have Hardy somewhere)
system, right?
