I think is not a problem in Ktorrent. It happen also with other programs. I
have same problem with xmgrace in a eeePC. I though it was a problem o the
small screen in the Asus eeePC 4G. However now a remember the same problem with
other rograms even using Ubuntu (Edgy? Dapper? -dont remember).
I can also reproduce this issue. It definitely seems to be with the RSS
plugin. It seems it is fixed in 3.x but it is not available in the
repositories yet.

The window started working normally again once I removed the RSS reader
plug-in. As a software engineer, my guess it that the bug is caused by
the inability to display the RSS tab's controls (regardless if it's the
current tab or not) with the info widget (when it's open). Any thoughts?

Confirming due to attached image.
I see why I couldn't reproduce this now. It seems you are using KTorrent
on Gnome. I need to get my other box up and running so I can install
Gnome and do some testing. Thanks for opening this report separate from
the other and doing so quickly.
