Now that upgrades from Jammy to Noble are re-enabled, the issue shows
again on multiple flavors. I'm attaching the Jenkins artifacts for each
jobs. Sometimes, it's when installing chromium, and sometimes firefox,
but that doesn't change that the upgrade fails in the end.

had the same issue I am upgrading now with after "sudo snap remove
firefox" and will let you know. I did not remove the .deb firefox
version.

sudo snap remove firefox
