Hi. Where/how can we get this latest version, 1:2.22.1-0ubuntu5? The
pool appears to have only 2.22.1-0ubuntu2 as far as I can see, but it
may be that I don't know where to look.
This problem's just run into me as I recently upgraded my hardy install.
I'm using ATI, however! Any ideas?

It is exactly the same at me. I hope it will be get fixed till the
stable release. Until
then i use gnome without effects in a save session, this works very
well.

I switched on XGL and it was happening, now i've turnt it off and
removed the NVIDIA driver and the problem went away.

I still get the same problem (i believe it's the same) on up-to-date
dist-upgraded Hardy.

I do, I think. I'm not sure if it's the same bug, but the initial
description the bug report gives me is. Ever since I upgraded to the
Hardy beta, I can't access any of the GNOME related appearance settings.
I have to use the failsafe GNOME log in to avoid having everything look
messed up,
Does anybody still get this bug using the new version?
