if you run it manually its actually supposed to use the network unless
you give it a different --mirror option (i.e. --mirror file:///cdrom)
what i would like to know is why the install from CD failed first place,
can you attach the /var/log/installer/syslog and ltsp-image-build.log
from the same
This bug occurred when the machine had an IP address from DHCP, but no
default route.
With a statically configured network, it succeeded.
