Bug 229631. Missing partitions and space from drive after 8.04 upgrade.
Unrecognized partition table for drive 81. Please rebuild it using a
microsoft compatible Fdisk tool (err=1). What the H. is this? When I
boot Ubuntu, I get this message and my 3rd partition on my HD does not
show up under

Was your Vista pre-installed by vendor? In that case they used some
cloning tool that did partitioning wrong.
