ok,I have been able to track down the error to be EGL grab screen from
NoMachine related. After uninstalling the aplplication, the desktops
works ok again. Thank you!

Here you have the journal of the previous crash. Now i am unable to
reproduce the error. Now the desktop is working pretty OK. perhaps some
update has fixed the problem?

I cannot reproduce this due to the lack of hardware. Could someone else
please try to reproduce this? Also logs could be helpful.

run

in a terminal until the crash happens. can ctrl-c out of it.
