obfuscate fails to build in Ubuntu but not in Debian which has similar
dependencies.

I reported the issue but did not get much of a specific answer.

There is very little time left before Ubuntu 24.04 LTS is finalized.
Therefore, let's revendor obfuscate, similar to what we do with Snapshot
where vendoring is required to meet current Main Inclusion policy.
