I don't think this is an issue anymore since the logo is being moved to
the center now as per LP: #2076189, so we can drop noble side of this.

report at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/6705.
The solution I could find was to replace GtkBox by GtkGrid.
