Public bug reported: Binary package hint: hal
Recently reinstalled hardy heron daily, while an earlier version of hardy heron I had installed seemed to work, it no longer does. I have a T30 Pure music player. When I plug it in, it appears only as a usb storage device, not as a music device. It is UMS formatted, with 1.71 firmware. There does appear to be a section for it in 10-usb-music- players.fdi, and the added info does seem to get added when I list hal- device, but the icon nevertheless does not appear correctly. I have included the output of hal-device. ** Affects: hal (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Does not detect iRiver T30 as a music device https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/207453 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
