= 0.7 and 2/5=0.4, feel free to re open the bug if you still
have the issue with gcalctool on hardy, thanks.

After your post, I went to doublecheck gcalctool.
It's not a bug after all:
It appears that the accuracy was set to 0 significant places, which I didn't
know about. So logically it would round the numbers to the nearest integer.
