The included patch resolves the issue with muting the amplifier when
heaphones are connected at boot using the Realtek HDA 883 audio chipset.
The setting "options snd-hda-intel model=targa-dig" must be added to
'/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base' for the changes to take effect.
