Wolf no need to help 0.8 fixed this bug adn will be in Hardy soon after
i get it in intrepid sometime late this month early june ill build it
for intrepid. so a little while after that hardy will have it but right
now i need testing done on it.
Closing this bug i will open a bug for backporting it
John, I would not close an incident if I was not 100% sure it is
resolved. Was just a suggestion to keep the general list short.
As for me: I have upgraded all my workstations and notebooks to 8.04. I
have to install language packs for German, the it works.
So I cannot help any more in resolving

I've installed the lightning-extension-locale-es-es and it doens't works.

Im uploading the locales to mozilla team PPA please test them to let me know
everything works ok, Also let me know if any problems appear when you try to
install them (you shouldnt get any) the upload and builds should be done in
next few hours but depends on how may packages are being built for
aitorhh, the locales are not built with the package and only thing we
set out to do is build it as a temp fix for everyone, once we get closer
to building it for Interpid than the langpacks will be done, but since
we moved firefox locales to a gnome-locale package (name is not correct
but its aroun

Yes, it works fine with all the calendars.
I see a "problem" with the dependences of lightning-extension-locale-es-es
because it depends on lightining >=0.7 & <=0.7.* so it doesn't works with the
unofficial 0.8.

Yes, now if I install the lightning-extension v0.7 work fine in thunderbird
2.0.0.12.
But I've used a new configuration (.mozilla-thunderbird) because the data of my
calendar was newer that the v0.7 uses.

Aitorhh, Please report back if 0.7 works with libstdc++5, We dont have
0.8 and wont until Hardy+1 gets it, so 0.8 works properly means nothing
and doesnt help this bug report.

I have the same problem with lightning in thunderbird, with the
repository package (v0.7) and with the .xpi (v0.8). And I installed the
libstdc++5 (sudo apt-get install libstdc++5) and the v0.8 work
perfectly.
