The best fix for this problem is to install Envy for kubuntu 7.10 or EnvyNG for
kubuntu 8.04.

I'm now using kubuntu 8.04 on this pc.
Now all my opengl screensavers work on both my pcs with Nvida video cards.

Reinstalling with the kubuntu 7.10 alternate cd and using the restricted nvidia
drivers fixed my problem.
This is a secondary pc so a reinstall was not a problem.
The only thing I did with this pc was install a different Nvidia card. Maybe
that messed up something.
I went from a 32mb Nvidia tnt
I tried to reinstall kubuntu 7.10 live cd but got a busybox error. This pc
used to have a Nvidia tnt video card but now it has a Nvidia fx5200.
I'm reinstalling with a kubuntu 7.10 alternate cd now to see if I still have
the same problem with my opengl screensavers.
