Yes it is. Rubber doesn't still recognize the nomencl-package. The
Nomenclature is still absent if you proceed like the first comment
describes.

I have the same problem using rubber without any plugin. But, it should
be an easy task for a programmer who is familiar to python. There are
already extensions (so called modules) for some packages.

I had this trouble with kile on gutsy
however after upgrading to hardy, it works fine (in kile anyway)
