Binary package hint: bash-completion

Bash-completion for scp in Gutsy was a very nice feature, but in Hardy,
it takes too long to complete the remote paths, and some times, it also
hangs the shell.

I tried it trying to connect a Hardy (where I expect completion to work)
to a Gutsy. Both system are Kubuntu amd64 with the latest packages.
