Window previews should display both minimized an maximized windows,
otherwise "Window Preview" is just eyecandy and not useful at all.
People do not want to have to keep all their windows open just to see
the small preview , people want to keep their desktop clean (minimize

When the window is minimized it does not exist so we cannot get a
preview of it.
