I think your problem (translaterx_german) is quite different to mine. Please file a new bug. I'm closing this one. Somehow it went away. get-edid now works. xrandr returns the list of resolutions successfully, on the correct device: Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1680 x 1050, maximum 1680
