In a case I helped debugging this issue it seemed like reinstalling vim-
common fixed this issue

The error message indicates that the package didn't install
as it was already installed. If this was during an upgrade
then it would be odd, but I don't think this is a bug to fix in
the mime-support package, so I am closing it.
