Oh, thank god. Someone found out the problem. We are somehow all in
caret mode and so it is treating the page as a text document instead
of as a rendered document.
Hit F7 (on Linux at least) to switch back, and now scrolling works it
should again.
Noted that this bug and Bug #207116 appear to duplicate each other.

I also experience this - even after disabling all my extensions.
I currently have version 3.0.3+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu1 installed.
I am seeing this on every website more than a couple of page lengths. At
the top of the page, one page-down works and then scrolling stops
working.

What sites ar eyou seeing this on as i am unable to reproduce this bug
in any version of firefox on hardy. can you please give a couple of
pages that you see this on some with some without flash content so i can
rule things out.
