I was unable to reproduce this behavior in 9.10 testing a number of
plugins. I wasn't able to find a Spectrograph plugin, but all the
amplifier plugins I tried (did not use any that gave the Plugin not RT
capable warning though). Marking this bug as Incomplete for now as
it's unclear which
is the same in 9.04
