Thank you for your bug report. What ubuntu version do you use? Is the
connexion to the server changing during the delay? Do you use the option
to store the password in the keyring?

I use a fully updated Ubuntu 8.04. I do not think the connection is
changed during the delay - though I'm not sure, because I wouldn't know
how to change the connection without actually using the program. I did
store the password in the keyring, but gave gedit permission to use it
only once.
