Maybe in the real game, but in the gnome game that's simply not the case
(More than one Summer; the inability to match Spring with Summer etc. is
the bug)

Mahjongg set has 144 tiles, with one and only one of each of the following
tiles:
Spring
Summer
Fall
Winter
Bamboo
Mum
Orchid
Plum
You can't pair up Summer with Summer beacuse there's only one Summer The
seasons match with each other, the flowers match with each other. Not a bug.
