Nick: You don't see the grainy orange square with a grainy white X in
the middle when you open the File menu and look at Close? I
definitely see it using Glossy.
I don't think this is theme related. It's Mozilla's close icon, not a
theme's close icon. And this is still reproducible in

I've also noticed, that the Close button appears pixelated on other
drop-down menus: Organize in Library, for example.
