I tried using the 64-bit build: it runs and successfully compiles
sketches, but I couldn't get it to upload to my Arduino Nano.
There is a 64-bit version (not packaged) floating around in

NOT use the rxtx library found in the Ubuntu repos, but instead includes
it's own version.
